Set beside the Vasilopotamos river in the mountain village of Kakopetria, Chrysanthis is a traditional Cypriot restaurant and tavern that has welcomed guests since 1960. Now run by the third generation of the founding family, it keeps the same recipes and pure ingredients that first drew diners from across Cyprus. The kitchen is known for hearty, well-cooked meze served in generous portions, alongside favourites such as souvla, pork, lamb and freshly grilled trout.
