Salty Resto & Bar sits within the Cavo Zoe Seaside Hotel on Cape Greco Road in Protaras, overlooking the Levantine Sea and the three-level waterfall infinity pool. By day it operates as a relaxed pool bar serving classic and signature artisan cocktails alongside canapés, sandwiches, salads and hamburgers; by night it becomes an à la carte restaurant with Mediterranean and international dishes made from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and fresh seafood. Guests have enjoyed Cypriot salads, an earthy mushroom soup, Angus burger and beef stifado, alongside praise for the coffee.
