Spice Hut is a family-run Indian restaurant set within the Aliathon Resort on Poseidonos Avenue in Geroskipou, Paphos. Open every evening from 5:30pm, it serves authentic Indian cooking prepared by experienced chefs, with an extensive menu spanning tandoor dishes, classic curries, biryanis and freshly baked breads. Diners are welcomed with complimentary table snacks, and naans are brought out one at a time so they arrive hot.
Vegetarians are especially well catered for, with favourites such as saag paneer, daal and chana masala alongside crowd-pleasing starters like onion bhaji, samosas and aloo tikki.
